The New Trailer For 'Ahsoka' Should Have 'Rebels' Fans Excited
The trailer for Ahsoka has leaked online, and needless to say, it is exciting to see. The trailer was screened exclusively for the panel that was discussing the show at Star Wars Celebration, but it didn't take long for footage to appear online. Ahsoka has been confirmed to release next year. The fans of the titular character have some time away from seeing the series unfold but do have a lot to look forward to seeing.
From what we've seen there is a lot to be excited about. The first images in the trailer aren't pulling any punches, and it is clear from the moment we see the first images. As the clip begins, doors open up, it's Ahsoka Tano accompanied by a green Twi'lek in an orange flight suit, Hera Syndulla. Next is a shot of an empty hallway, cutting to a hand reaching out for a cup, is this Hera's son, Jaycen Syndulla?
The next transition shows Ahsoka's hand wiping away dust on an ancient ruin with inscriptions. Then we see a brief flash of a droid that appears to be the same model as Professor Huyang, the ancient droid who helped young Jedi craft their Lightsabers. Ahsoka is also showing off her improved lekku in the last shot of footage in the trailer. However, after the logo for the show disappears we see an art piece of the ghost crew and a Loth cat. As we said, it's a lot to look forward to.
