Marvel Studios dropped a brand-new trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness that took viewers on a mind-warping rollercoaster ride through the Multiverse during the Super Bowl. In addition, Marvel Studios also released a new poster for the supernatural experience—see below.
In Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, the Marvel Cinematic Universe opens up the Multiverse and pushes its boundaries further than ever before. Travel into the unknown with Doctor Strange, who, with the help of mystical allies, cross into the mind-blowing and life-threatening alternate realities of the Multiverse to confront a mysterious new enemy.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is a sequel to Doctor Strange (2016) and the 28th film in the MCU.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Elizabeth Olsen, Benedict Wong, Xochitl Gomez, Michael Stühlbarg, and Rachel McAdams.
The film is directed by Sam Raimi, and Kevin Feige is the producer. Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Eric Hauserman Carroll, and Jamie Christopher serve as executive producers. The screenplay was written by Michael Waldron.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will be released in the United States on May 6, 2022, as part of Phase Four of the MCU.
