With multiple Star Wars series releasing this month, fans will be spending a lot of time in a galaxy far, far, away. However, there is another property just beyond the horizon. Set 100 years before The Phantom Menace, Star Wars: The Acolyte focuses on Dark Side users during the end of the High Republic era at a time when the Sith are allegedly long gone.

Little is known about the series aside from the casting of Amandla Stenberg as the main lead, but Berkshire Live shared images of the set in a field near Shinfield Studios. Right now, the set is still in its bare bones phase, but there could be hints of what to come. The most defining feature is a grand archway which could be the door to a temple, a cantina, or the office of an important leader in the galaxy.

The series is thought to premiere in August 2023 but with the state of the set and the casting, fans may have to wait a little longer to visit the past of the Star Wars universe. In the meantime, Star Wars: Andor is set to premiere on Sep. 21, 2022, while Season 2 of The Bad Batch streams on Sep. 28, 2022.
