DisInsider Leaks The Return Of These Characters For ‘The Acolyte’
Out of all the Disney+ series that have yet to be released The Acolyte is possibly the most mysterious. We have little to no idea what it is about, only that it will take place during the High Republic Era and with Leslye Headland as writer, executive producer, and showrunner. It will focus on what was happening in the Star Wars galaxy during this time from the perspective of the darker side of the universe such as those who use the dark side of the Force. With this in mind, there have been a few whispers here and there about what exactly the show might pertain to, especially for anyone who is a fan of Star Wars Legends.
According to the DisInsider podcast it seems that Sith lords Darth Revan, Darth Bane, and Darth Nihilus will be making appearances in the upcoming Disney+series. These Sith are some of the most iconic in the old Star Wars Legends materials and are quite popular among longtime Star Wars fans. There is no information about their exact role in the series at this time. Perhaps their names would only be mentioned briefly or maybe they would play a larger role in helping our main protagonist on their journey as a dark side acolyte.
