This Is What's Coming To Disney+ In August 2022

The month of August is another exciting one for Disney+ and its fans. The full lineup of movies and TV shows was released on Wednesday, July 20th. It has already been an exciting year for Star Wars, Marvel, and Pixar fans. Disney+ releases several new movies and TV shows every month. National Geographic has some good series as well. Some of this year’s favorites are Moon KnightThe Book of Boba FettMs. Marvel, and we can’t forget Obi-Wan Kenobi. Seeing Darth Vader and Obi-Wan Kenobi face off in lightsaber duels was AWESOME!

For August, it can’t get any hotter. The premieres start on August 3rd with Lightyear, the new Buzz Lightyear film from Pixar Animation Studios. On August 5th, a sing-along version of The Lion King and the LEGO Star Wars Summer Vacation special will be released. The first week of August is going to be fun. To round out the month, on August 31st, Andor, one of the Star Wars series, will premiere. Andor is a prequel to Star Wars: Rogue One, and Star Wars fans are excited about this series. The Rebels Cassian are ready to take on the Galactic Empire and Darth Vader. On August 17th, Marvel’s She-Hulk: Attorney at Law premieres.

In August, Disney+ and Marvel fans get three episodes of She-Hulk: Attorney At Law. First, let’s take a closer look at She-HulkAttorney At Law. The comedy series is going to be nine episodes long. Besides Tatiana Maslany (Jennifer Walters, AKA She-Hulk), Mark Ruffalo returns as Smart Hulk, Tim Roth as Emil Blonsky/the Abomination, Benedict Wong as Wong, and Jameela Jamil, Josh Segarra, Ginger Gonzaga, Jon Bass, and Renee Elise Goldsberry. Kat Coiro and Anu Valia share director duties, while Jessica Gao is at the helm as the lead writer. Jennifer Walters/She-Hulk is an attorney practicing in superhuman-oriented legal cases. She is in her 30s, single, and a green superpowered hulk standing 6-feet-7-inches tall. 

As you can see, there are many more fantastic TV shows and movies to enjoy this August. What a way to wind down the summer. August will be an exciting month with all these great shows streaming on Disney+. So enjoy your time at home with your families while watching Disney+.
