After releasing last year to high sales and critical acclaim, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga capped off a long and lucrative tenure with the franchise for developer TT Games. While it seems unlikely that they could ever run out of Star Wars material to adapt, the company does have a history of dabbling in other franchises, including but not limited to Marvel, DC, and The Lord of the Rings.

Star Trek could be a natural fit for a new branch of Lego games. With decades of lore, a diverse cast of characters, and a dizzying variety of stories to draw material from, a prospective Lego Star Trek series could be as far-reaching as TT Games’ flagship series.
