Disney+ Italy Accidentally Confirmed Grogu’s Next Appearance, And It’s Not ‘The Mandalorian’

The Mandalorian hype for season 3 has been initiated. Whether the leaks that fueled fans were released on purpose or by accident. This new hype has already been springing up with the release of a variety of Grogu merchandise alongside other toys. Now it is led by an upcoming and most likely animated short called “Star Wars Zen: Grogu and Dust Bunnies,” due to premiere next Saturday, November 12th.
A fellow writer at StarWarsNewsNet connected this new short to a previous Disney+ series released in 2020 known as “Zenimation.” This series, now going on season two, is packed full of fantastic short videos of soothing sounds throughout Disney’s animated collection. After hearing the first 6-minute episode, it’s become a favorite among ASMR fans, parents, and white noise lovers.

The possibility of a professionally made collection of relaxing noises from the Star Wars universe sounds fantastic. Most often than not, Star Wars fans expect explosions and the momentarily calming hum of a lightsaber. Surely there have been incredibly soft and soothing tones in the Star Wars universe, but with the volatile political dynamic that is a varying but always present threat in each star system, most sounds correspond to that sort of uneasy atmosphere.

Thanks to a fast-acting Reddit user in the r/StarWarsLeaks thread, the image from Disney+ Italy’s now-deleted tweet could be shared and saved.
In addition to fueling speculations, Redditors quickly noticed that the Grogu short premiers on the same day that The Mandalorian did back in 2019 on November 12th!
No doubt leaks have always been an incredible marketing strategy, alongside the high production flow of Grogu merch, so now we wait with anticipation until season 3 of The Mandalorian releases in February 2023.
