The boys are BACK for the first Star Wars Culture LIVE podcast episode of 2026! After a well-deserved holiday break, it’s time to check in with the latest Star Wars news and look ahead to all the new projects coming up this year. Ian and Marty are the most excited, of course, for the premiere of The Mandalorian and Grogu, but Maul: Shadow Lord, Galactic Racer, and the second season of Ahsoka are all in the mix. There are other projects on the list as well, but hey, we can’t give everything away in this preview!
What is Star Wars Culture LIVE? Most Wednesdays, at 7pm Eastern, two die-hard Star Wars fans embark on a voyage of celebration and nerdiness on a positive podcast focused on the best of the Star Wars fandom. These characters are Ian Bowling and Marty Ingleston, and they’ve been the hosts of SWCL since August of 2024. Since then, the podcast has gone through numerous stages of evolution: “Top 3” favorites, dad jokes, “On This Day”, guest appearances, and many other types of segments. This episode marks the first appearance of the podcast since the new year, but it’s the same upbeat, positive show! The guys are looking forward to what 2026 has to offer the Star Wars fandom.
