Just in time for Star Wars Day, Star Wars LEGO fans can rejoice as they celebrate the 40th anniversary of the debut of Episode VI:  Return of the Jedi with the release of LEGO Brickheadz Set 40623:  Battle of Endor Heroes!  This set is slated to go on sale May 1, just in time for Star Wars Day on May 4, and the same month that Return of the Jedi came out.  This 549-piece set will feature five characters, the most of any Brickheadz sets, which usually feature two characters.

The characters featured are Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Lando Calrissian, Wicket, and R2-D2. The Luke, Leia, and Lando figures are regular-sized Brickheadz, while Wicket and R2-D2 are smaller so they are true to their characters’ scale.  This set will retail for $39.99. Along with the expanded Brickheadz set, LEGO is coming out with traditional sets to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Return of the Jedi.
