After a great deal of speculation (and some leaks), the final phase of Warhammer 40,000 10th Edition has been revealed!
During a livestream reveal taking place during the Grand Narrative and World Championships of Warhammer, 500 Worlds was officially unveiled to the public as the campaign narrative to cap off the last three years of Warhammer tabletop gaming development. But another big surprise is the main character in the first part of the 500 Worlds launch: Titus!
The main character of the Space Marine video game franchise has moved up in the world, and now leads the Second Company of the Ultramarines Chapter. His task? Reconquer and hold the 500 worlds that once made up the realm of Ultramar in the galactic east. His foes? For now, Titus looks to be facing a diabolical Necron force led by Nekrosor Ammentar, who has unleashed a madness across his fellow Necrons. His plan involves the awakening and reunification of C’tan shards that will bring about the return of The Nightbringer, an entity who will allow the Necrons to purge life from the galaxy at a far quicker scale. His plans are not supported by external Necrons, but Ammentar does not care, as he and the Nightbringer share a mysterious connection.
