LEGO To Release First ‘How To Train Your Dragon’ Set

LEGO announced some exciting news. For the first time, we are getting a How to Train Your Dragon set. The live-action How to Train Your Dragon film is being released in theaters on June 13, 2025, and the LEGO set will be on sale on July 1, 2025.
The LEGO set will be none other than Toothless, the Night Fury, the fan-favorite dragon. The set contains 784 pieces, so it is for older LEGO builders. It is priced in LEGO’s mid-range price point at $69.99, which makes it pretty affordable for more fans, and is still a pretty large set at over 6.5 inches once fully built.
It is definitely more complex than what you would expect by just looking at the newly released images. One of the awesome things about this set is that it is poseable, just like several of their other animal sets. You can pose the jaw, wings, head, and tail however you want, and you can have Toothless either eat a fish or plasma-blast something since they both come as attachments to this set.

They did a fantastic job of making the set look so much like the animated and live-action Toothless, which makes this announcement all the more exciting for fans. He has the big green eyes, the smile, and the red tail fin to complete the look.
Even though Toothless releases on July 1, you can pre-order it through LEGO now. If you are a How to Train Your Dragon fan and a LEGO fan, this is a set you will not want to miss.
