Disney previously removed over 100 original movies and shows from their Disney+, Hulu, and Star+ streaming backgrounds. At the time, no one knew if the programs would be available or if they would be stuffed into Disney’s vault for years. Now, Disney has announced that some of these original films, including Crater, Better Nate Than Ever, Flora & Ulysses, The One And Only Ivan, Rosaline, Cheaper By The Dozen, and Timmy Failure: Mistakes Were Made can be rented or purchased. Currently, these films are only available on Vudu or Amazon in the United States. The films can be rented in standard definition for $2.99 or purchased for $19.99 each.

Other content removed from Disney Plus is still unavailable to find elsewhere. The Willow series, Big Shot, The Mysterious Benedict Society, Turner & Hooch, and The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers are missing from the platform and have not been announced as available to rent or buy either physically or digitally. It’s still unknown why Disney decided to remove this content or if other shows and movies will find their way back to audiences. Disney is celebrating 100 years of moviemaking, so the decision to deny access to some content seems strange on their part. However, some of the missing content will likely end up with the other films on Amazon and Vudu.
