Sarah J. Maas Is Working On The Next 'A Court Of Thorns And Roses' Novel

Booktok romantasy fans, hold on to your bookmarks. Sarah J. Maas has confirmed that she is working on the next installment of A Court of Thorns And Roses, aka ACOTAR. The first five books are about the adventures of the Archeron sisters Feyre and Nesta and their mates. The sixth is assumed to center around Elain Archeron. The last novel set up a love triangle between her mate Lucien and Azriel, the third so-called ‘bat boy’, but Maas has hinted on her social media that Azriel may have a mate of his own on the way.
Maas has given fans no other concrete news about the contents of the new novel, but it’s good to see that sixteen books later, she still has so much enthusiasm:

Despite being so engrossed in ACOTAR, the prolific writer is gearing up to release her latest in the Crescent City series. A House of Flame and Shadow will follow protagonist Bryce through the portal to Prythian. It seems as if we might have a crossover on our hands.
