'Saw X' Celebrates Return Of Beloved Killer

With the start of August, it’s only a matter of time before the spooky season arrives. Lionsgate and Twisted Pictures shared a trailer to promote their latest horror film Saw X. The movie focuses on the character John Kramer, played by Tobin Bell, who takes up the Jigsaw mantle in the original Saw. However, since the character dies at the end of the third movie, this new film is set between Saw I and Saw II. Kramer goes to Mexico for an experimental cancer treatment, but when he finds out it was a scam by charlatans, he goes to work doing what he does best.
The movie trailer starts subtly with an explanation of Kramer’s cancer diagnosis. The false doctors welcome Kramer and give him a tour of the facility. Later, a scan reveals the tumor is still inside his body. With months left to live, Kramer plans to use every ounce of his time to avenge himself. He tells the cons, “You all pretended to cure me. But what I have planned for each of you is very real.” The trailer cuts to gruesome scenes of Kramer torturing his victims. Horror fans can witness the return of Kramer when Saw X releases in theaters on September 29.
