With the new year starting, there is plenty of information coming out to review 2022. Fans of Andor won’t be surprised to find out that Flix Patrol has it ranked in the top 10 most-watched shows on all of Disney+ for 2022. The list, which includes powerhouses such as The Simpsons, Grey’s Anatomy, and Family Guy at one, two, and three respectively, places Andor at number 9. This also places it as the number two Disney+ original series after She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. It is also the highest-ranked adult show on the list that isn’t a comedy (the Australian children’s show Bluey is at number 4).

This information is another boost for the show which has been a hit with critics (96% on Rotten Tomatoes) and audiences alike (85% on Rotten Tomatoes). The remaining Star Wars and Marvel Disney+ shows released this year followed with Moon Knight (10), The Book of Boba Fett (only the premiere was 2021) (11), Ms. Marvel (12), and Obi-Wan (13). This list seems to contradict reports of lower-than-expected ratings early in the season, however, those reports were based on US data and it seems that Flix Patrol took a worldwide dataset. It is also important to note that this is a third-party website and not the official numbers from Disney+. Either way, it seems that audiences were more than happy with season 1 and will be eagerly awaiting season 2 which is likely to be released sometime in 2024.
