'Star Wars' Shows 'Andor' And 'Obi-Wan Kenobi' Took Home These PGA Awards

Star Wars shows Andor and Obi-Wan Kenobi have both been nominated for awards by the Producers Guild of America.

The trade union is gearing up for its awards next month, and these two series are among the nominees. Andor has been nominated for the Norman Felton Award for Outstanding Producer of Episodic Television — Drama, while Obi-Wan Kenobi has been nominated for the David L. Wolper Award for Outstanding Producer of Limited or Anthology Series Television. These nominations have gone to two of the most high-profile shows of the franchise last year, and many other awards are bound to be on their way.

The PGA will hold their awards ceremony on February 25, with dozens of awards to announce. Star Wars is no stranger to awards, having been nominated or won several since the debut of the franchise back in 1977. Time will tell if either of these two shows can win, but for now, we’ll just have to wait and see.
