Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is on the cusp of being released to the public. One day after the world premiere in Los Angeles, Disney held exclusive screenings for the critics who shared their early thoughts on the sequel.

Kicking off Phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Marvel Studios is launching the tiniest family into the Quantum Realm against the terrifying Kang the Conqueror. After the events of Avengers: Endgame, newly famous superheroes Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly), alongside Janet Van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer), Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), and Cassie Lang (Kathryn Newton), embark on an adventure that will put in question everything they thought they knew about their world and the Quantum Realm.

Overall, the early reactions are very positive. Critics agree that the film is a good start for Phase 5. Jonathan Majors’ Kang the Conqueror stands out as a gripping performance and everyone cannot wait to see what is next for the character.
