One of his most iconic roles was Dr. Frank-N-Furter in the 1975 movie musical The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Other roles include Rooster Hannigan in Annie (1982), the ‘Prince of Darkness' unsub Billy Flynn in Criminal Minds, Wadsworth in Clue (1985), Gomez Addams in Addams Family Reunion (1998), and the clown-shifting entity Pennywise in the 1990 IT miniseries. On the animated side, he voiced Nigel in The Wild Thornberrys, the Goblin King in Scooby-Doo and the Goblin King (2008), G. Gordon Godfrey in eight episodes of Young Justice, Philippe in Barbie and the Three Musketeers (2008), Chancellor Palpatine in ten episodes of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and many more.
