The Best Moments From Campaign 3 Of 'Critical Role'

Critical Role recently wrapped up its third campaign. The campaign featured an all-new cast of characters, who called themselves Bells Hells. They had to save the Gods from being eaten by a God-eating creature named Predathos, who was controlled by Ludinus Deleth. Of course, they couldn’t defeat them alone, and they were joined by campaign 2’s Mighty Nein and campaign 1’s Vox Machina. Even though they were joined by familiar iconic characters, the Hells had their iconic moments themselves. Let's take a look back at some of the best moments from the campaign.
Spoilers for Campaign 3 of Critical Role
5. The Gang Makes A Porno (Episode 44)

The Hells are stuck in the basement of a house they are investigating, and when they hear the patrons come back, they become desperate. Instead of trying to talk or fight their way out at first, they decide to try another way, and that is making a spicy video. Each of the members contributes, and it makes for one of the funniest scenes in the campaign. It doesn’t work, and they end up having to fight their way out anyway, but it was worth the effort.

4. Chetney Possessed By A Teenage Girl (Episode 57)

At one point, the Hells are separated into two different groups. During this time, Chetney (played by Travis Willingham) reunites with a former flame, Deanna (played by Aabriya Iyengar). They are both equally chaotic, so their match-up made sense. During the fight, Chentey gets possessed by the spirit of a teenage girl, who goes on to use teenage lingo. Travis has a fun time with it, while everyone else is tired of his antics. It’s easily one of my favorite moments, just because of how much fun Travis has with it
3. FCG Sacrifices Himself (Episode 91)

When all seems lost for Bells Hells, Fresh Cut Grass decides to do the ultimate sacrifice, and sacrifices himself to save the group. He was a ticking time bomb, and was able to activate it, and explode himself. Even though he was an automaton, he was full of love for his newfound family and did the most selfless thing he could do for his family. Rest in Peace, Fresh Cut Grass.
2. Can I Kiss You? (Episode 65)

Imogen and Laudna are two people who have known each other since before the campaign’s story started. There have always been some romantic vibes between them, but neither of them was sure how the other one felt. While the two of them are out, Imogen asks Laudna if she can kiss her. She wants to make sure that Laudna feels the same way as her. By the table's reaction, we can tell that they were all excited when the moment happened, and Marisha almost fell off her chair.
1. Keyleth Reuniting With Vax (Episode 121)

I know, I know, this isn’t Bells Hells, but it was too important not to include, so I thought I would give it an honorable mention. If you know the story, then you know that Vax was doomed to be the Champion of the Raven Queen. He died and was under her command. He eventually gets stuck in an orb, in a desperate act to save Keyleth. He is eventually freed, and the two reunite. The Raven Queen eventually becomes one with the people, freeing Vax from being her champion. He is still bound to spread the word, but he and Keyleth will reunite occasionally. They waited 30 years for each other and are the definition of true love. I am so glad these two were able to get a somewhat happy ending.
Whatever your thoughts are on the third campaign, it had some great moments. It was a great wrap-up for many of these characters that we have grown to love. It is unknown where the fourth campaign will take us, but let's hope this wasn’t the end of the world of Exandria.
