The new Muppets special will also reportedly by serving as a backdoor pilot for a new series, though we can’t confirm this. This would line up with other projects, including a dark Miss Piggy movie. Many cast members will be returning, including performers such as Bill Barretta, Dave Goelz, Eric Jacobson, Peter Linz, David Rudman, and Matt Vogel. Goelz has been at this for 50 years now, and has shown no signs of stopping or slowing down.

We’ll see just what is in store for these characters in the most inspirational, celebrational, Muppetational path of life. Until then, be sure to check out our website for other news articles.
