Finn has been doing some things. John Boyega has given fans an update about his family life. On Instagram this Wednesday, he shared a slideshow of photos of his wife, Tae Boyega (ne Heckard), including a photo of his stepson. He wrote, “Our bundle of joy has been with us for some time now but thank you for all the well wishes. Also my sister is about to pop! Wish her well too! Back to feeding this big baby!” Fans had known the two were married since an interview in October, where he also revealed that Tae was pregnant with his stepson.
According to John Boyega himself, the two had a small wedding, akin to the one in the movie Braveheart. “I would love to have a wedding celebration. We both like the idea of celebrating something established, rather than celebrating the entry,” Boyega explained, “And by then, we’ll have to shut Nigeria down!” John Boyega, best known for his role as Finn in the Star Wars series, had been regarded as one of the wasted elements of the sequels, but that had nothing to do with the actor. We wish both John and Tae the best of luck in their relationship, and of course in their careers.
