Amidst a wildly successful year for Warner Bros. Motion Pictures, it was recently confirmed by Deadline that two of the studio’s top brass will be sticking around a while longer. An internal email sent out by CEO David Zaslav this week celebrates and confirms that Warner Bros. chairs Michael De Luca and Pamela Abdy have re-upped their deals with the studio.

This announcement comes after what’s been a pretty big year for Warner Bros, thanks to the success of their tentpole films Weapons, The Conjuring: Last Rites, A Minecraft Movie, Superman and Sinners. These movies combined have garnered over $4 billion at the worldwide box office. Their most recent release, Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another, while underperforming financially, has surpassed $100 million at the box office and has been praised by critics and audiences alike.
