Michael Keaton Joins Morgan Freeman In 'Rode To Ruin'

Holy reunion, Batman! It’s officially been confirmed that award-winning actors Michael Keaton and Morgan Freeman will star in the upcoming western Rode to Ruin!

The film centers on retired U.S. Marshal Henry Tillman (Keaton), who spent the last 40 years trying to find the man who killed his wife. His search leads him to Joseph Mulberry (Freeman), an aging outlaw who is losing his memory. In addition to starring, Keaton will direct the film as well, his third in this role following The Merry Gentlemen and Knox Goes Away. One of the most beloved character actors of all time, Keaton broke out in the 80s thanks to his roles in Mr. Mom and Clean and Sober. Michael Keaton would establish himself as a leading man with his collaborations with Tim Burton, playing the iconic titular roles of Beetlejuice and Batman.
