Narvi, Dwarven Craftsman and Friend with Celebrimbor, Will Be In Season Two of 'Rings of Power'

Season two of Prime Video’s The Rings of Power is well underway in production and filming, and there’s been much speculation about what and who will appear in the second season of the successful show. There was a rumor that Tom Bombadil will make an appearance, due to a name listed on the production list that can be tied to the reclusive forest dweller.

Now it appears another character of legend will appear in season two. According to Fellowship of Fans on their live reveal today, there is a character listed on the production list codenamed Rolm, and according to their sources, this Rolm character is none other than Narvi.

RELATED:

Narvi is a Dwarf from Khazad-dûm during the second age. He was a masterful Dwarven artificer and craftsman that befriended Celebrimbor, the ring-maker himself. One of his greatest achievements during the second age was the crafting of the great western gates of Khazad-dûm, known as the Doors of Durin. These doors were seen in film already when Frodo and the Fellowship went through Moria. Frodo solved the riddle of the doors to be able to open them. It is said that Celebrimbor himself wrote the riddle.

The hosts of the live event speculated that Narvi may be portrayed to be in relation to Durin to some extent, but they said that’s entirely speculation.

There’s sure to be more information on season two forthcoming in the next few months as the big conventions roll out.
