After revealing the other day that they are indeed delaying Grand Theft Auto 6, the most anticipated game in years, to May 2026, Rockstar secretly dropped a second trailer for the game. While it’s still a year away now, it’s hopefully enough to whet everyone’s whistle.
This time around, we’re introduced to the characters of the game that we are likely to interact with the most, aside from the main characters, who now have full names. We start with seeing Jason Duval, the male character, repairing his house, and being sent out to get money for a guy in a truck, who seems to be a landlord. After driving around Vice City for him, showing off some of the things we’ll likely be able to do in the game, he goes to the prison to pick up Lucia Caminos as she’s released.

It looks like Jason and Lucia are a couple, and they clearly get wrapped up in some classic GTA organized crime stuff, but there’s a love story set as the background this time around, and if you know anything about GTA, there’s immediately some doubt as to whether this relationship will survive. Or if either of them will.
Like other GTA trailers, it gives glimpses of the locales that players will be able to visit, as well as some of the activities that they could partake in, in between their criminal escapades. Some older characters from GTA: Vice City, like the Ammunation store owner, return this time around. There’s a whole lot to unpack here, so check out the video above!
