After the rocket-like success of Daredevil: Born Again season one, showrunner Dario Scardapane took to Instagram to share a photo as well as post about how the second season has officially wrapped production.

This unexpected development has left audiences intrigued. Traditionally, it takes at least a year and a half, and sometimes even up to three years, for specific productions to develop a new season. Marvel Studios has defied these norms by swiftly developing and shooting a new season of streaming television.

When Marvel Studios announced the Daredevil: Born Again series, fans were initially told it would be eighteen episodes. However, the series was later split into two seasons, with the first season comprising nine episodes and the second season consisting of only eight episodes.

From the cast list shared in Scardapane’s post, it's clear that the usual suspects, particularly the principal actors, including Charlie Cox, Vincent D’Onofrio, Deborah Ann Woll, and Wilson Bethel, are back. Fans are eagerly anticipating the return of Kristin Ritter’s Jessica Jones in the second season. There's also a glimmer of hope that Élodies Yung will reprise her role as the beloved Elektra, a prospect that fans are holding onto.

As of now, Daredevil: Born Again does not have a set release date.
