The New Hero Unveiled For 'Avatar: Seven Havens'

A new Avatar has been born. Avatar: Seven Havens has just been given its first official look, just in time for the franchise’s 20th anniversary. At the panel at San Diego Comic Con, fans saw a picture of the new Avatar, an Earthbender named Pavi, alongside them was her mentor Pae, and another animal companion that looks like a big lynx, though the exact species is not currently known at the moment of this posting. We were also given a glimpse at the city of Aurora, one of the titular Seven Havers of the show’s title. Readers can catch the picture in the link below.

Avatar: Seven Havens is set after The Legend of Korra. In the time between the two, a devastating cataclysm has come to the world, tearing the mortal and spirit realms apart. Much of the world remains desolate outside of the titular Seven Havens, and a distrust among the Avatars has broken out. The lives of two earthbending twins, one of them Pavi, are turned upside down when one of them is discovered to be the Avatar. Any further details, like what caused the apocalypse and what role Korra played in it, if any, is presently unknown at the moment.
