Big movie titles are coming our way from Warner Bros. J.J. Abrams’s anticipated sci-fi movie The Great Beyond, starring Glen Powell, Jenna Ortega, Emma Mackey, Sophie Okonedo, Merritt Wever, and Samuel L. Jackson, is now confirmed for a November 13 release this year in IMAX theaters. This is the first news we’ve gotten about the film in a while, as the film has remained shrouded in secrecy for quite some time. Now, it appears as though new information about this film is just around the corner, peeling back the secrecy after so much time.
Other films whose release dates have been revealed are planned for a 2027 release. These include Sam Esmail’s Panic Carefully, planned for February 26, the Tim Miller-directed Keanu Reeves vehicle Shiver, for August 13, and the Peter Safran Company and Atomic Monster’s The Conjuring: First Communion on September 10th, post Labor Day. Of the three, First Communion is easily the most anticipated, with its connections to the highly successful Conjuring Universe giving it a built-in fanbase. Of course, very little is known about First Communion at the moment, but that is sure to change as we approach the release date. Feel free to check out some of our other articles.
