A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, Andor set a series high on the streaming charts. Now, the series has once again set another record for itself. On the Nielsen “Top 10 overall” list, Andor has come in at number 5 on the list, after a season of strong ratings. Apparently, 15M viewing minutes were generated by Asian viewers, making it the most-watched title among Asian streaming viewers. The number 1 show is Netflix’s The Four Seasons, but that is unrelated to Disney+’s series. Andor has been a success for the Star Wars universe, alongside The Mandalorian.

Andor’s second season premiered on April 22 of this year. Focusing on the life of the titular Cassian Andor up until the events of Rogue One, the Star Wars anthology film that introduced audiences to Diego Luna’s character. This new season promises to explore more of his time in the Rebel Alliance and will premiere its final three episodes on May 13. Andor’s Star Wars story is coming to an end, but he’s sure to remain in the minds of fans for years to come. We will now be returning to the unknown regions of the internet to search for further Star Wars news.
