RELATED:

One Punch Man had its origins in a web manga created by ONE and Yūsuke Murata. This was a remake of an earlier version, and was posted online to Shueisha's free "Tonari no Young Jump" website in 2012. From there, it quickly gained a fanbase thanks to its unique take on a genre normally associated with the West: Superhero comics. The manga got adapted into an Anime animated by Madhouse, with J.C. Staff taking over for the second season. Both the manga and anime have been translated and published in the West by Viz Media, who are certain to be involved in the new season. Until then, we can only speculate what’s going to happen next.
