Before its second season had aired, confirmation that Daredevil: Born Again will return for the third season. Confirmation comes from Brad Winderbaum, who stated to IGN, “We are greenlit for season 3, and we start shooting next year.”
A revival of Marvel’s Daredevil series on Netflix, Born Again, was one of the most anticipated TV projects. Charlie Cox returned as lawyer vigilante Matt Murdock, with archrival Wilson Fisk portrayed by a returning Vincent D’Onofrio. When that first season aired on Disney+, it met with a positive reception. Though mentions were made to the pivot from full reboot to continuation during production, which made its early episodes somewhat messy and inconsistent.
Such will not be an issue for Born Again’s second season, which will air sometime in 2026. Details of that second season have yet to be revealed, though some have found their way online. Such as Krysten Ritter appearing as Jessica Jones, and that Elden Henson will return in some capacity after a brief cameo as Foggy Nelson in the pilot episode.
The first season of Daredevil: Born Again arrived with its two-episode premiere on Disney+ earlier this year, being watched by more than 7.5 million people across its first five days on Disney+. The full first season is available on the platform, with season two arriving next year.
