Disney+ Drops Percy Jackson Season 2 Trailer Ahead Of December 10 Release

A new trailer for the second season of Percy Jackson and the Olympians has been released. Based on the second book of Rick Riordan’s best-selling series, The Sea of Monsters, there are adventures to uncharted territories incoming for this group of young demigods.
The synopsis for this second season reads, “After Camp Half-Blood’s protective border is breached, Percy Jackson embarks on an epic odyssey into the Sea of Monsters in search of his best friend Grover and the one thing that may save the camp – the legendary Golden Fleece. With help from Annabeth, Clarisse, and his newfound cyclops half-brother Tyson, Percy’s survival becomes essential to stopping Luke, the Titan Kronos, and their impending plan to bring down Camp Half-Blood – and ultimately, Olympus.”
Walker Scobell, Leah Sava Jeffries, Aryan Simhadri, Charlie Bushnell, Dior Goodjohn, and Daniel Diemer star in this second season, alongside others such as Jason Mantzoukas, Timothy Simons, Virginia Kull, and Adam Copeland. Creators Rick Riordan and Jonathan E. Steinberg also executive produce Percy Jackson and the Olympians alongside others such as Rebecca Riordan, Craig Silverstein, Jim Rowe, and Sarah Watson.
Arriving December 10 with a two-episode premiere on Disney+ and Hulu, new episodes will arrive every Wednesday. Alongside the series will be a podcast series, offering behind-the-scenes talks of each episode. The third season of Percy Jackson and the Olympians is in production in Vancouver. Fans of the series can give the first season a watch on Disney+, with it arriving on Hulu on November 10. The trailer for season two can be found below.
