Maggie Simpson Finally Speaks In 'The Simpsons' With This Voice Actor

In the latest Simpsons episode, “Parahormonal Activity,” the youngest Simpson, Maggie finally has a voice. The episode aired on December 14 and features a story in the near future.

In this plotline, Bart and Lisa are both teenagers, so it follows that Maggie is now old enough to speak in complete sentences. Maggie expresses concern when Bart offers to drive to school, saying, “Please don’t let Bart drive. It’s too scary. He drives so wiggly and everybody honks at us and yells bad words and shows us fingers!” This scene was shared in an Instagram reel by Lindsay Lohan, who revealed she was the newest voice of Maggie.

While Maggie has traditionally been too young to speak, certain fantasy and Halloween episodes have featured the character speaking. Lohan joins the ranks of Elizabeth Taylor, Carol Kane, Jodi Foster, James Earl Jones, and Viola Davis as those who have the honor of lending their voice to the youngest member of the Simpsons clan. In her post, Lohan wrote that voicing the character was “a dream come true to be part of this iconic family.”
