Nickelodeon Releases Trailer For 'Fairly Oddparents: A New Wish'

An official trailer for the upcoming series, The Fairly OddParents: A New Wish has been released! This 30-second clip shows a fair bit in a short period. The animation style is CG with a 3D effect. Adventures are teased, involving dinosaurs and giant keys, among other things. Classic characters like Jorgen Von Strangle pop by in flashes, as well as brand-new characters unique to the series, indicating lore continuity while still taking its own spin on the universe. Cosmo and Wanda are faced with a new adventure of a lifetime in this upcoming Nickelodeon series. The first episode, titled Fly, introduces Hazel, a kid who is new in town and struggling to adjust. With her brother not present with them, Hazel finds herself in some trouble. When his family visit ends up delayed, Hazel deals with some emotional turmoil and makes a wish, activating Cosmo and Wanda. Some of the cast includes Susanne Blakeslee as the Woman, Daran Norris as Cosmo, Ashleigh Crystal Hairston as Hazel Wells, Jentel Hawkins as Angela Wells, and Trey Smith as Marcus Wells.

The Fairly OddParents: A New Wish premieres on May 20, 2024, at 4:30 PM ET on Nickelodeon. Each episode will be released weekly; there will be 20 in total. The series will eventually come to Netflix as well. The parent series, The Fairly OddParents, can also be streamed on the Netflix market.
