'Percy Jackson And The Olympians' Season 2 Trailer Drops Alongside Season 3 Casting Announcement At SDCC

Disney has brought Percy Jackson to San Diego Comic-Con this year for a presentation full of news and reveals! An excited audience filled Hall H on the first day of the convention, and surely came away excited to hear and see more in the coming months.
The Comic-Con panel was moderated by Season 2 guest actor Timothy Simons and featured many of the show’s actors, such as Walker Scobell, Leah Sava Jeffries, Aryan Simhadri, Charlie Bushnell, and Dior Goodjohn. A new addition to the cast also made an appearance, Daniel Diemer, with a long-awaited visual reveal of his role this season, a Cyclops named Tyson. Executive producers Dan Shotz, Craig Silverstein, and Jonathan E. Steinberg were also present and commented on a few elements of Season 2.
Rick Riordan then made an appearance through a video message, and had the pleasure to reveal to an audibly ecstatic crowd the casting of siblings Nico and Bianca di Angelo, set to appear in a confirmed Season 3 and beyond. Nico will be brought to life by Levi Chrisopulos, while Bianca will be played by Olive Abercrombie.
The panel additionally featured a new trailer for the show’s second season, with Riordan also confirming a release date of December 10th, 2025. It appears that Disney remains heavily invested in helping complete a full adaptation of the original Percy Jackson novel series, and they will hopefully continue to see success for years to come.
