Meanwhile, the game continued to come out with new events and skins for those in the territories this “pre-release” build was available, but the question remained: When will the game be available globally?
Well, the wait seems to be over, as a new gameplay trailer was released, and it looks like that extra time was put to good use. The trailer shows off the intensely fast gameplay the Sonic series is known for. Players are now able to use signature Sonic-style abilities to block or disrupt opponents during each match. In addition, it appears that movie Sonic and movie Shadow, in addition to several of the pre-release skins, will be made available in the game when it launches globally.
