Two New Heroes Join 'Marvel Cosmic Invasion' Roster In New Trailer

Marvel Cosmic Invasion has announced that two new heroes will be joining the game via a new trailer. She-Hulk and Rocket Raccoon from Guardians of the Galaxy have been added to the list of fifteen playable characters that also includes Spider-Man and Captain America. She-Hulk and Rocket already appear today in several games, including Disney Infinity and Marvel Super Hero Squad Online.
Marvel Cosmic Invasion is being developed by Tribute Games, Dotemu, and Marvel Games, the same team that created the popular TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge. The beat-em-up is reminiscent of classic arcade games like Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat, with vivid pixel graphics. Players can attack in teams of two, using combos to take down supervillains like Annihilus and Thanos.

Marvel Cosmic Invasion is due to be released on the PS4 and PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC. It’s expected to be cross-platform multiplayer as well as online co-op. There is currently no versus setting.
Marvel has not yet revealed the price point or any pre-order windows for Marvel Cosmic Invasion; however, since the game is due out towards the end of 2025, it’s not going to be long before we’re given more information.
